Senior Adult Ministry is very important at First Baptist Church. We love and
cherish our seniors with great respect. Our church has a wonderfully large group
of seniors who attend worship, Sunday School and special events. They are
involved in making the ministry of First Baptist Church function. Our seniors
are a vital part of our church.
There are many ministries and activities that seniors can be a part of: Sunday
morning Bible study, Sunday night Bible study, Habitat for Humanity, Chipola
Christian Ministry and others. Also, there are national and international
mission projects where seniors can participate.
Also, JOY Club is a program just for seniors with a monthly meeting providing
important information as well as exciting entertainment. JOY Club offers dinner
trips and out of town trips.
